Delivery Process
Here's exactly what happens from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your door.
Order Placed
Once you place your order, it immediately enters the queue for our team to pick, pack, and prepare for courier collection.
Order Shipped
Before 1pm: We'll aim to have your order collected by the courier same day, though this isn't guaranteed β it may go out the following morning.
After 1pm: Your order will be collected the following morning. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be collected Monday morning.
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Order Delivered
Small items and single-box orders typically arrive within 2β3 business days nationwide.
Larger gym packages (300kg+) are shipped via Mainfreight β please allow a few extra days.
πΏ Rural delivery? Allow an extra day for the driver to reach you.
π¬ Damaged in transit? No stress β contact us and we'll replace the item and arrange a return collection.
