At Combat Corner, we stand behind the quality of our gear and comply fully with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).
What’s Not Covered
Due to the nature of boxing and combat sports, the following are not covered under warranty:
Normal Wear & Tear
Our gear is designed for impact and will naturally wear over time. This includes:
- Scuffs, scratches, and cosmetic damage
- Padding breakdown or compression
- Cracking, fraying, or material fatigue
Misuse or Improper Use
- Using products outside their intended purpose
- Incorrect sizing or excessive use
- Failure to follow care instructions
- Modifications or alterations
Accidental Damage
- Cuts, burns, or environmental damage
- Improper storage (e.g. damp conditions)
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Making a Claim
If you believe your item has a fault:
- Email Sales@CombatCorner.com.au
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- Our team will assess and respond promptly
If a fault is confirmed, we’ll resolve it in line with the CGA.
