We want to make the returns process as simple and straightforward as possible. Here's everything you need to know.
Faulty Items
Entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures.
7-Day Returns
Goodwill window on unopened, unused items. Store credit issued.
Change of Mind
No refunds for change of mind outside the 7-day return window.
Refund Method
Refunds issued via the original payment method at checkout.
Faulty or Defective Items
Our gear comes with guarantees because we know it's quality. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure β or a repair if the failure is minor.
A major failure is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it had you known about it
- Is unsafe to use
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and cannot be easily fixed
How to Make a Return
Contact us first
Email Sales@CombatCorner.co.nz with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible.
Assessment
We may send the item to the manufacturer to determine whether you're entitled to an exchange, refund, or repair.
Resolution
We'll resolve it promptly β repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. We reserve the right to decline if no fault is found.
